About us

Neil Hudgell Solicitors, named after our managing director, began life in 1997 after he decided to set up on his own with the aim of delivering legal services to his local community.

Neil previously worked for a larger practice but decided to go it alone as they didn’t share his ethos and commitment to the concept that client care should be the core of any good law firm, not profit.

With this in mind, Neil took a handful of staff and clients and set up two offices to offer his “client focused” brand of legal services across England.

Since then, Neil Hudgell Solicitors has consistently grown year on year by ensuring the organisation focuses on what’s important, keeping our clients happy.

We do this by delivering sympathetic, friendly and down to earth advice at a time when you need it most whilst ensuring that your claim is handled professionally so that the best possible outcome is achieved for your circumstances.

More recently, the firm has doubled in size (now employing a team of 50 legal experts) and we opened our fourth office in 2011. Our ambition is to be recognised as one of the leading no win no fee solicitors firms by 2014 from both a client and industry perspective.

Our personal injury legal services covers all types of personal injury from medical negligence claims to road traffic accident compensation claims.
