Our 5 Service Promises

At Neil Hudgell Solicitors our clients tell us that keeping in touch with them regularly and responding quickly when they need us is really important.

To help us deliver the very best service we offer 5 Service Promises to ensure our clients remain happy and satisfied during their time with us.

Our promises to you:

1. We will see you within 24 hours when you first make an appointment
   
2. We will return telephone calls the same day if received by 3pm
   
3. We will reply to emails the same day if received by 3pm
   
4. We will reply to any letters you send to us within 2 days
   
5. We will write to you every 4 weeks to update you on your case
