Why 9 out of 10 Clients Recommend us

Lots of solicitors say they offer great customer service but they never bother to ask their clients how happy they were with the service they received.

Because we're "Serious About You" in June 2011 we carried out Independent Market Research with 200 current or previous clients to find out just how well we are doing in terms of client care and client satisfaction.

The results of the Survey proved that you can be assured of great service from us:

9 out of 10 clients were very likely to recommend us to friends/family in the future if they had the opportunity and around 49% had already recommended us.

88% of clients surveyed were not just satisfied but very satisfied with the overall service they received from us.

89% of clients surveyed were likely to come back to us should they have another claim.
