Keith Daddy - Road Traffic Accident Client

In July 2007, Keith Daddy, aged 53, suffered head injuries when he was knocked off his bike. He had been cycling down a main road in Hull to hand in his notice at Makro as a store assistant when the driver of a parked car opened her door knocking Keith to the ground where he was then hit by a moving car behind him.

 

Sue's Story

In October 2009, Sue, who was then 52, suffered a fall which injured her right foot. The following day the swelling was so bad that she was unable to walk and she sought advice at Selby War Memorial Hospital. At the hospital Sue’s foot was x-rayed and she was assured that her foot was not broken.

 

Jo's Story

Joanne, who is 42, now breathes through a tube in her neck after her vocal chord nerves were damaged in error during a routine procedure to remove her thyroid gland. The operation was carried out by Mr Nayef El-Bhargouti in February 2008.

 

Keith Daddy, who suffered a brain injury as a result of an RTA and featured in our recent TV advertisement takes part in a photo shoot with Andrew McGowan, who secured Keith compensation following his accident. Look out for our new advertising campaign coming soon…
