Neil Hudgell Customer Service Survey

Lots of companies out there say they offer great customer service or believe they do but never bother to actually ask clients themselves how happy they were with the service. Because of our ongoing commitment to client care, in June 2011 we carried our Independent Market Research with 200 current/previous clients to find out just how well we are doing in terms of client care and client satisfaction. Some of the main feedback was:

• 88% of client surveyed were not just satisfied but very satisfied with the overall service they received from us.
• 89% of clients surveyed were likely to come back to us should they have another claim.
• 9 in 10 respondents were very likely to recommend us to friends/family in the future if they had the opportunity and approximately 49% had already recommended us.

We were delighted with the results and is proof of the fantastic job our staff do day in day out to ensure clients receive the very best in service during their road traffic accident claim.
