Two new appointments at Neil Hudgell Solicitors: marketing team expanded as part of 2012 strategy for growth.

Neil Hudgell Solicitors has strengthened its marketing team with two new appointments.
Paula Bielby is the firm’s new Marketing Executive and Peter Wilson joins as Digital Marketing Manager.
Paula, from Hull, has extensive business experience. Peter, from York, joins Neil Hudgell Solicitors from law firm Irwin Mitchell where he spent three years working on online marketing projects.
The pair join Neil Hudgell Solicitors, which specialises in Personal Injury and Medical Negligence claims, as it seeks to expand. Neil Hudgell Solicitors, which has three offices in Hull and one in Leeds, has grown by 50% in the past three years and aims to grow by another 100% in the next three – organically and through acquisition of other companies in the legal sector.
Neil Hudgell, Managing Director, said: “We are delighted by our two new appointments who will play a key part in helping our business achieve our growth objectives.
“Paula has a vast range of skills, experience and contacts and Peter will be essential to strengthening and developing our online presence so that we can reach new customers.”
Paula’s background is in business development, retail, marketing and promotions. She has worked for a range of businesses including IBM, BT, Vodafone, Hull College and Hull City Council. She recently worked for the city’s Dove House Hospice and, prior to that, ran her own business on Princes Avenue in Hull, where she is treasurer of Princes Avenue Community and Traders.
Paula said: “This is a tremendous opportunity. I relish being part of Neil Hudgell Solicitors, it’s such a successful business where the priority is always on providing excellent customer service and marketing has a crucial part in achieving its ambitious expansion plans.”
Peter, who as well as working at Irwin Mitchell, has worked in web development and online marketing since 1999, is a PRINCE2 qualified project manager.
Peter said: “This is a particularly interesting time in the legal industry. One of my tasks at Neil Hudgell Solicitors will be to use innovative online methods to generate new leads and clients.”
Neil Hudgell Solicitors are specialist no win, no fee lawyers. The business has an office in Armley, Leeds, and three offices in Hull – on Holderness Road, in Kingswood and on Princes Avenues.
In 2011 Neil Hudgell Solicitors bought three other practices including the medical negligence department of MMS Solicitors and the personal injury practice of law firm Ingrams.
