Nine more lawyers at Neil Hudgell Solicitors gain top industry credentials

Nine more lawyers at personal injury and medical negligence specialists, Neil Hudgell Solicitors, have become accredited by APIL, The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

The staff include Nick Stojanovic, Paul Cain, Nicola Dukes, Lisa Grant, Victoria Houghton, Jenni Mitchell, Sarah Morton and Rebecca Snow. In addition, Senior Solicitor Sean Gordon now joins Stuart Hanley as an APIL Accredited Senior Litigator.

Sean Gordon said: “It is a privilege to receive the APIL certificate. It’s a mark of the quality of our work and our on-going commitment to updating our skills to provide clients with excellent advice and service.”

Managing Director Neil Hudgell said: “We are extremely proud of the APIL accreditations which confirm and enhance our reputation as first rate personal injury lawyers.”

Neil Hudgell Solicitors, which has offices in Leeds and Hull, now has a total of 11 APIL accredited lawyers and is currently applying for Corporate Accreditation in 2012, the firm’s fifteenth year as personal injury and medical negligence specialists. This will be in addition to existing accreditations with The Law Society, Headway and the Motor Accident Solicitors Society.

APIL is a not-for-profit campaign organisation which consists of around 5,000 special injury lawyers. Members are dedicated to changing the law, protecting and enhancing access to justice and improving services for victims of personal injury. The certificate is awarded only to qualified and very experienced practitioners who demonstrate expertise and credibility in this field.  Training for the APIL certificate is done over two years in which lawyers demonstrate they have competency in handling small to medium-sized cases.
