About my role:

I have only been with Neil Hudgell Solicitors since July 2011, returning to work after having a family. I graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2003 with an MA in Law before going on to do a post-graduate diploma in law in 2004. I went on to a training contract with Taylor Bracewell in Doncaster.

This wasn’t my original career choice, I have a BA (Hons) in nursing studies from Sheffield Hallam University in 1996 and worked as a staff nurse and then research sister in both main hospitals in Sheffield. I enjoyed the law module in my nursing degree so much I decided to have a change of career at the age of 26 into law.

Away from the office:

I like to spend time with my 2 children and husband. I enjoy travelling, Zumba, Formula 1, theatre and dance productions. Have completed 2 zipwires for Marie Curie Cancer care.
