About my role:
I head up the Personal Injury team in Leeds and also specialise in claims for Road Traffic Accident compensation, Employers Liability, Public Liability, Occupiers Liability and Product Liability. I am a fully qualified solicitor (LLB Hons.) and also an APIL Accredited Litigator with over 10 years of experience.
I previously worked for Corries Solicitors, Cogent Solicitors, Minster Law, Pryers Solicitors, and Godloves Solicitors before joining Neil’s team in 2010. After 10 years of Personal Injury work I still have the same passion for helping clients get the compensation they deserve. I have done both Defendant and Claimant work so I have a good grasp of what I can realistically achieve for a client.
One of my recent successes includes a claim I had managed for over three years for a client who came with me from my previous firm. I was able to secure the client nearly £200k in damages and it was very satisfying to get a good result for them in the end.
