About my role:
I ran my own business for 3 years before going back to University. In 1998 I graduated from the University of Hull in with LLB Hons (First Class) and have a post graduate diploma in legal practice from the college of law.
I am responsible for supervising the team of fee earners at our Holderness Road Office, and dealing with Regulatory Compliance.
On a day to day basis I deal with road traffic accident claims, accidents at work claims and public liability cases. I have worked for Neil Hudgell Solicitors for 3 years, before this I worked for Mason Baggott & Garton Solicitors in Scunthorpe where I was Head of Litigation.
The highlight of my career to date was securing a substantial award for a client who suffered severe injuries at work which meant that he’d never be able to walk again – I was able to secure him sufficient compensation to make him comfortable financially for the rest of his life.
